No Exchange, No Returns Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or cancelled. All Payments will be Prepaid only

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.betrue.co.in A cancelled order will result a store credit valid for 3 months.

Refunds will be processed in a form of a store credit valid for 3 months. 
For cancellations done within 24 hours, you can also request for a full refund. Any refund will be made in the original method of payment – Only in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

Exchange Policy

In cases where there are sizing issues, we offer an exchange for a different size, subject to availability,  within 14 working days of receiving the product. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 3 months. Products purchased using store credit or received through exchange are not eligible for further exchanges or returns. All exchanges are final.

Please note, for any customized orders, we do not offer exchanges or refunds once the order has been placed.

MANUFACTURING FAULT:

Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at BETRUE if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two week’s time. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.

ALTERATIONS:

If you have placed an order with a customized size and it doesn’t fit you as per your requirement we can offer to alter it for a perfect fit.First alteration worth Rs 1500/- for a jacket is absolutely free and second alteration will be charged Rs 1000/-  each time. You can send us an email at Ea@betrue.co.in case of sizing issue. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

RETURNING ITEMS

If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at ea@betrue.co.in with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s). Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit www.betrue.co.in cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by a registered courier company. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it. Also note cost of the return will be borne by customer.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
  • At case of sizing issue - only exchange of size will be provided

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

  1. - Order number
  2. - Delivery address
  3. - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on OUR WEBSITE as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

  • Accessories, including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
  • Custom made and Made to order products.
  • Orders placed using store credit
  • Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by BETRUE.
